    1. I agree it was a slow start, but I also disagree. I thought the book was very confusing. It used lots of boat terms that i didn't understand. The I thought was interesting.

    2. I don't think the book had a slow beginning. There were some boat terms I didn't understand, but I don't think that they effected the feel of the story very much. If I thought that the term was important, I looked it up online and continued reading.

    3. I also agree it was a little bit slow in the beginning. I thought it was a strange start because I didnt understand what was happening. It eventually filled me in but still felt long and slow

  3. This book is very emotional and joyful; it used a lot of sailing terms I did not understand. I recommend this book to everyone because if show the point of the oldest brother and a lot of students here at Gettys have older brothers.

  4. This book was amazing. I thought the author did a great job of describing what was happening. The ending was good, but I think the author should have given a more detailed epilogue. I would recommend this book to people who love exciting adventure books.

  6. I reccomend this book to anyone wanting a nice book with twists and turns. Personaly, I thought it was slow and drawn out. I skipped a chapter and still knew what was happening. It also had some strange boat terms.
